The White Horse Restaurant

Hendrerwyvv

20 minute drive

One of our personal favorites! A small, family run restaurant with a carefully crafted modern take on British classic dishes.

Their menu follows locally available seasonal produce, and they take inspiration from the best ingredients available each month..

They use local farm produce, as well as the excellent John Jones and Son family butcher, Clwyd street, Ruthin. They have been butchering in the same shop since 1880 which has been passed down through the generations. They source all their meat very locally and can tell you what each animal has been fed on.

They also supply at least ‘one’ local ale - ale tastes better when it hasn't travelled!
